How Telehealth Works
1. Schedule Your Visit
Choose an available telehealth appointment.
2. Complete Your Information
Complete the required registration and medical information before your visit.
3. Meet With Your Provider
Connect virtually for your medical evaluation.
4. Receive Your Care Plan
When appropriate, your plan may include prescriptions, laboratory orders, follow-up care, lifestyle recommendations, or specialist referrals.
Telehealth Availability
Multi-State Telehealth Care
Telehealth services are available to eligible patients in states where our provider is appropriately licensed and permitted to provide care. The patient must generally be physically located in a state where the treating provider is authorized to practice at the time of the appointment. Services, prescribing requirements, and telehealth eligibility may vary by state and by the type of care requested.
When an Office Visit May Be Needed
Some Conditions Require In-Person Care
Telehealth is convenient, but certain symptoms and medical conditions require an in-person examination, diagnostic testing, urgent care, or emergency evaluation. If an in-person evaluation is necessary, we will help guide you toward the appropriate level of care.
Telehealth is not appropriate for medical emergencies
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek care at the nearest emergency department.
Your Healthcare. Your Schedule. Your Location.
Whether you need medical follow-up, weight-management care, laboratory review, medication management, or another eligible service, telehealth makes it easier to stay connected with your healthcare provider.
